Walk of life
Don't want to listen to no one
Walking on a pre-laid ground,
Spent his whole life
Playing with the butter knife,
And searching for the answers
In all those books he found.
I rather listen to the guy
Who spent one third of his life in crime,
One third serving his time,
And one third to turn it all around.
Now that's the one with I'm onboard.
'Cause he's been touched
By both the devil and the Lord.
That's the one who fought
And has proven his worth.
That's the one who tamed his hounds.
He is the one who
Can teach you a thing or two.
Unlike the other one.
A blissful one eyed swan,
Oblivious, a self-righteous,
Never looked beyond his bounds.
Cause Lord may have his words in his book.
But He teaches through a life crossing the mounts.
